Who We Are
Our Mission
Founded by people who've struggled with mental health — including suicide ideation, ADHD, and depression — who felt unsupported and isolated at work, even during private panic attacks in the office.
"The vision is to ensure that the environment where someone spends 40+ hours a week is an environment that helps them through situations — without the pressure of it being an official HR initiative that is largely lip service and box ticking."
What We Stand For
Community First
A supportive, inclusive space online and offline — for professionals, founders, HR leaders, and those navigating redundancy or unemployment.
Accessible Resources
Promote NHS, Samaritans, and local mental health services. Remove stigma as the biggest barrier to seeking help.
Amplify Voices
We centre the people who've lived it — especially those who've felt alone in a boardroom, or invisible in redundancy.
Systemic Advocacy
Long-term push to make mental health support mandatory in all business insurance and legal frameworks across the UK and APAC.
A Positive Focus
We encourage companies to invest in solutions — and we showcase the positive human and commercial impact of that investment.
The Honest Challenges
We don't pretend this is easy. These are the real hurdles we're working through:
Creating clarity between normal pressure and genuine crisis — how do we grade the differences without judgment?
Access without stigma — being able to reach support without fear of career impact.
Access without confidentiality concerns — feeling safe enough to speak.
Meeting people where they are: those ready to talk, and those who aren't.
